Only use if you don't want your packages delivered to the recipient. They are lovely while you're there but every package sent from the Chapel Hill Rd location has disappeared. I've lost hundred of dollars- I have the receipts and tracking numbers. I've had to create individual claims for each package (even when I sent gifts to my whole staff) and have not heard back from anyone. THE WORST
Been looking for a first class piece of mail sent to my daughter for Valentines Day. Have made numerous phone calls to the PO trying to locate/see why it wasn’t forwarded. Gloria at the PO was very rude both times I tried to speak to her. Gwen tried to help, but I feel like I’m getting the run around & excuses and no one can tell me what happened or why she hasn’t received her card. AfterI was told they were checking with the apt complex where it was sent (& should’ve been forwarded from), I called them personally and they said no one from the PO had contacted them about the matter. I should not have to call so may times to only be lied to again. Apparently after reading the comments here I am not alone. I honestly feel like there is mail being stolen by a carrier. Next step, call to postal inspector.
